Does Marvin post on my behalf?
No — never. Marvin drafts; you post. Every reply goes out from your account, by your hand. The extension has no ability to submit anything for you.
Do I need the Chrome extension?
Discovery, the inbox, and email digests work without it. Drafting happens in the extension, on the actual post, so Marvin can read the full thread and you can post in one motion.
How does Marvin know what’s relevant to me?
During onboarding you point Marvin at your product — a URL or a short description. It builds a profile of your ideal customer and goals, and scores every conversation against it. You can tune the profile anytime in settings.
Will my replies sound like a bot?
They shouldn’t leave your hands if they do. Drafts are written from your context and the thread itself, and you refine them in chat before posting. You are the last filter — which is also what keeps you on the right side of every platform’s rules.
